Chimichurri Rojo

Here is a description of the chimichurri rojo, and what to serve it with.

Ingredients

  • 1x Bottle of Chili-Crush Rojo Smoked Garlic

  • 4 ounces sun dried tomatoes in olive oil (diced)

  • 1 fresh jalapeño (diced)

  • 1/4 cup packed fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

Serving

Serve with meat, chicken, seafood, or vegetables. We most commonly serve this with steak, flank/skirt steak, etc.
