Chimichurri Rojo Recipe
The flavors from the sun dried tomatoes blend perfectly with the Chili-Crush Rojo Smoked Garlic. This is always a side every time we grill a skirt or flank steak.
Ingredients
1x Bottle of Chili Crush - Rojo Smoked Garlic
4 ounces sun dried tomatoes in olive oil (diced)
1 fresh jalapeño (diced)
1/4 cup packed fresh parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Serving
Serve with meat, chicken, seafood, or vegetables. We most commonly serve this with steak, flank/skirt steak, etc.
